These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Zenithorix services and website. By booking or using our car wash and detailing services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services and Pricing
- Prices are listed in PLN and may vary depending on the vehicle's condition.
- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe to clean.
3. Service Limitations
- While we strive for the highest quality, Zenithorix cannot guarantee removal of all stains, marks, or defects.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on vehicles.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must remove personal belongings before the service.
- Zenithorix is not liable for items left in the vehicle.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Liability
- Zenithorix is not responsible for damage caused by vehicle defects, fragile materials, or aftermarket accessories.
- Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect personal data only for booking, communication, and service delivery in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
